The vineyards are south-west facing which is the most suitable exposure for a perfect ripening of the grapes. They stand in a hilly position, and the land is made up of Galestro and Alberese soil on a rocky foundation. These aspects, together with a lovely climate and an optimal altitude, are the essential factors for obtaining a high quality product.
